Healthcare System Research's services are based on the recognition that health service delivery is increasingly dependent on a combination of effective program design, responsive management information systems, and revenue streams adequate to meet operational needs. For more than ten years HSR has been assisting in both the assessment and the improvement of these aspects of health care delivery.
Consulting services are provided in the areas of policy, finance, related strategic IT systems, program planning and evaluation, and the emerging consumer-driven healthcare convenient care clinic and webvisit industries. Clients include both organizations funding services and providers themselves: government programs, outpatient providers, insurers, hospitals, and substance abuse/HIV treatment programs. Special focus is given to services provided to underserved and low income populations, and community-based providers of all kinds.
